There is no need to arrive early for your appointment. If you are a new client we will ask that you fill out a client profile but have included extra time for this with your service.
Treatments are reserved specifically for your needs based on availability. We prepare the rooms and products to be used for each service according to the scheduled appointments for that day. We allow extra time for each appointment to make sure your needs are met on your visit. In order to best accommodate your request we appreciate a 48 hour notification for any changes or cancellations for individual services. 72 hours notification for multiple services and spa parties. We regret that failure to inform us prior to the above time windows will result in full billing of your scheduled service(s).
Gift certificates are only redeemable at Room of Beauty Body and Soul for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated. If a specified service is no longer available by the time the gift certificate is redeemed, the original gift certificate dollar value can be applied towards another service. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
We will issue a store credit for any unopened product returns. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Services received are not refundable.
